We are so excited to announce that our agency is growing! Over the past few months, we have added three amazing team members here at Sterling Insurance Agency. Thomas, Donna and Joe have fit seamlessly into our office, and we feel grateful to have such a great staff here already that made this transition easy for everyone involved. Even more so now, this will ensure that every client gets the attention, and personalized service they deserve at all times, just like they always have.
Thomas Selfridge is one of our new Account Managers – he has worked in insurance for the past ten years and holds a CISR designation. Tom is a graduate of Salem State he comes to us happy to share his experience in coverage and making certain you have the protection you need for your home, cars, and everything in between.
Donna Serino comes here with years of experience in operations, service, and sales within the insurance world. As the receptionist here she is the first face you see when you walk in the door! She helps to handle billing, properly directs calls and produces documents for the account managers in the office. She is a longtime Beverly resident and loves spending time at our many beaches with her children and grandchildren.
Joe Bryant is the newest of the Account Manager team! Joe was born and raised in rural Georgia and is the only member of his extended family to move away from his small town. Joe has been surrounded by insurance his whole life, he jokes that he was born in an insurance office. After graduating from college Joe moved home to own and run his family’s insurance agency. He sold his insurance agency to dedicate as much time with his two kids. There is a chance you will run into him at basketball or flag football tournaments all over Mass, but especially the North Shore. Joe’s passion is being there for others, and we cannot wait for our insureds to work with him!
