The Kiwanis Club of Beverly is hosting their annual membership drive on July 27th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at REV Kitchen in Beverly. This is a great organization, and Chris Mooney at our office recently finished up his term as President. Kiwanis helps run the Beverly Homecoming Bike Rodeo, helps with Kiwanis Youth Basketball in Beverly, runs the annual Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast, among dozens of yearly events and fundraisers that benefit the children in the Beverly community.
The group is looking for new members! This is a great way to give back, and a fun way to meet other likeminded individuals in our community.
Kiwanis is a local non-profit group, the Beverly Chapter is over 90 years old! The group currently has over 30 members, and the focus is helping the children in the Beverly community. Throughout the year there is one lunch meeting a month with a guest speaker, one social night a month, one service project a month, and one big quarterly event. 
If you are in the community and are eager to join an organization that is both a great way to give back and to network with other professionals in the area for a cheaper cost than other non-profit or networking groups, make sure you check out this event on July 27th!
