We are so excited to announce that Sterling Insurance Agency has been approved for an in-house EVR registry. We now have online RMV capabilities that allow us to complete registry transactions right here in our office without going to the RMV! This program will allow us to offer our insureds same day, remote registration of vehicles without the wait in line at an RMV location.
As an approved User of the EVR program, we are able to perform the following transactions at our downtown Beverly office:
• Registration renewals
• Issue new plates
• Transfer of plates to a different vehicle
• Change of address in the RMV database, if necessary
• Registration cancellation (surrender of plates)
For more complicated transactions, we will still be offering our registry running service, and will go up to the RMV for you at no cost to handle your transaction!
After months of training, our entire staff has been approved to process these transactions. We are knowledgeable and ready to serve any of your EVR specific needs. Partnering with EVR is a win – win for us as we are able to provide our high level of customer service and accuracy along with cutting wait times down immensely for our insureds.
