Sterling Insurance is a proud supporter of the Greater Beverly YMCA. The original Sterling Center at the YMCA was named after Lester O. Sterling, who donated the 35 acres where the campus stands today. On March 27, 2018, after a major expansion at the Beverly YMCA, the organization invited the community in to celebrate the new space. At this event, Rick Mooney accepted the re-dedication to the Lester O. Sterling Greater Beverly YMCA at the ribbon cutting event to honor those who have supported and helped with this expansion.
