Our office hours for the Holiday Season are:
11/25 – 8:30 am – 3 pm
11/26 – Closed
11/27 – 8:30 am – 12 pm
12/24 – 8:30 am – 12 pm
12/25 – Closed
12/ 31 – 8:30 am – 3 pm
1/1 – Closed
For all other days, we will be open regular hours, which are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. We are operating with our doors closed to walk-in customers, but are at full speed and here to help you. Please call for possible appointments in office ahead of time.
If there’s an urgent matter while we are closed, please email Rick (rmooney@sterling-insurance.com) or Chris (cmooney@sterling-insurance.com). Also, if you need to file a claim, please visit the ‘claims & payments’ link. This will have the needed info to file a claim online or over the phone while we are out, we will follow up with you immediately.
